Stuart and the family rush to the hospital to be by the bedside of Stuart's dad Willie. Needle-phobic Stu is asked to have a blood test, and a drunk Ted tries to make things better with his wife Kate.
A journalist is following Kate for a lifestyle piece on her as the local MP. They arrive in the street to find Ted and Stu half dressed and everyone else acting very suspiciously.
The dodgy dealing antics of Stuart's brother Charlie finally catches up with them both.
Stu's extended family take a ferry trip to scatter the ashes of a loved one at sea. Whilst looking for his diarrhoea medication in his car, Stuart discovers a stowaway, some class-A drugs and pornography prohibited by maritime law.
