Daytona Turkey Rod Run group comes to Ted looking to acquire 1950's truck, after finding out about the charitable work done by DTR Ted donates the truck. He sends the truck off for restoration which results in one beautiful truck, Ted loses another bet.
Ted gets brochures of "Woody" cars and explains to his crew about them. Lucy decides that these type of cars are the perfect opportunity to introduce her collector's corner. Ted buys a 2006 Jaguar SKR, sells his jinxed Range Rover, Ted is happy.
Dealership has more problem cars than normal, Ted has to leave the problems with Marcus and Lucy because he is off to the Carlisle auction. Sloshing around in the rain Ted buys a Nash and a classic Chevy, 50's Dodge Pick-Up.
Ted decides to try his luck at the GAA Auction. He brings three cars to sell, a Dale Jarrett 1980 Ford, 1967 Sunbeam Apline, and a 1979 Pontiac Trans Am. No guarantees of success at an auction, always a guarantee that Ted will run into his car friends.
Ted loses a bet w/Marcus, so Ted has to hire ad agency. The agencies first order of work is to stop the phone book ads. Ted has 360 cars but not one of them is a Ted car! He buys a drop top Rolls Phantom. Ted sells a 1962 190 SL and buys a Hot Pink Jeep.
Ted has been wanting to go to Cuba for a long time but it still too early, so he does the next best thing, he goes to Little Havana just 15 minutes from his place. He buys a 53 Chevy from a young guy who works at a cigar shop.
Ted gets a visit from Trans Am series champion, Ernie Francis Jr. and he tours the lot reviewing classics cars that look fast that are not. Ernie challenges Ted to a race, which Ted hopes to "fix" by putting Ernie in a slow car but Ernie has other plans.
The South Beach Classics lot continues to attract more and more visitors and they need to eat someplace so Robin and Marcus have a plan to feed the visitors, they take delivery of an old Greyhound bus that they will someday turn into a diner.
Ted goes to New Jersey to visit a transmission supplier. He makes a deal for a 69 Roadrunner and an emotional one on a '65 Porsche 356. In Miami Robin closes her own deal on a Mustang but insists Ted make a stop at Trolley Car Diner.
In Maryland, Ted buys a 57 Chevy Wagon in need of restoration. With help from the latest technology for perfect paint, he sells to a picky Miami buyer. Robin buys a restoration project herself.
Robin wants to open a diner on the lot out of a Double Decker she buys in Ft. Myers.Teddy Jr. makes a deal on a fire-truck. An uninvited car flies off I95 into the lot & damages four cars. Between meetings, Robin still finds time to buy a 1984 Porsche 911.
