Beat creates a cozy cabin in Germany, while Peter and Sr. win a Guinness World Record with their jaw-dropping one-of-a-kind log car, and Joel takes on a difficult build made even tougher with a rookie slinging logs.

Peter battles the elements to build a retirement home for childhood sweethearts, while Bryan Jr. constructs an entryway for his own sweetheart - wife Tabby, and Bryan Sr. enlists Andre and Joel to help sell his $11-million California mansion.

Joel pinch hits in Oregon, by building a home he's never seen before using a crane he hopes he'll never see again. Meanwhile, Jr. travels to northern Saskatchewan to replace a cabin that burned to the ground months earlier. And Peter and Beat compete to see who can build the fastest and, as it turns out, ugliest log dummy on skis for the local Troll Mountain Downhill Dummy Race.

Beat battles a stuck truck in the middle of the night, then builds in darkness to meet his deadline on a home in northern Ontario. Meanwhile, Andre and Joel create an indoor gazebo to house a hardware store's hunting and fishing department, only to discover the forklift they'll need to finish the build doesn't fit through the store's bay door. And Peter goes all out an outhouse fit for a King.

Beat builds a lottery winner's 7,000-sq.ft. dream home in northern Alberta. Meanwhile, Peter must beg, borrow and steal to deliver on two high profile entryways for Canada's Winter Games. And Joel goes looking for logs, but finds himself on a crash course to drive the biggest logging machines he's ever seen.

Peter may have met his match when he builds a mountainside ski cabin for a client experienced in log-home building. Meanwhile, Beat and Andre construct a deluxe viewing platform at the local racetrack in exchange for Motocross lessons from a hometown hero. And Bryan Jr. creates the kind of tree fort he'd wished for as a kid.

Joel takes on the mother of all builds – a 20,000-sq./ft. Pennsylvania mansion complete with walk through tree, hand-carved totem pole and 3-story spiral log staircase. Meanwhile, Peter travels to the historic gold rush town of Barkerville, BC to build a mining shaft house authentic enough to make even the crustiest prospector proud.

Bryan Jr. whips up an outdoor kitchen before hitting the beach in search of the ultimate driftwood bar. Meanwhile, Peter heads to northern Saskatchewan to build a lakeside vacation home with the help of his young son and a spunky female apprentice. And Andre helps a musical band of brothers build a sign for the locale for their concert.

Peter helps restore a Manitoba couple's love for logs by building a home to replace the one they tragically lost to fire. Meanwhile, the renovation of a neighborhood bar nearly drives Bryan Jr. to drink. And Andre and Joel create a kid's play-palace at the local hospital in honor of Andre's late daughter.

A reluctant Joel joins forces with his wife to construct a backyard obstacle course that he hopes will prepare them for one Tough Mudder of a race. Meanwhile, Beat battles torrential rains, swollen logs and a mud mired build site to create a high-end cottage on a Minnesota lake. And Peter builds a gazebo for his favorite 88-year old – a prized 1927 tractor.

In Alberta, Beat is tasked with building one man's dream home on the picturesque farmland where he grew up. Meanwhile, Joel must pull out the stops to deliver on a wealthy client's last minute requests, including a giant walk through tree and elaborate totem pole. And Peter brings his favorite crane operator back from maternity leave to help judge Pioneer's first crane competition.

Beat takes on one of the most perilous builds of his career, a luxury twin-turreted vacation home on the edge of 100-foot cliff. Meanwhile, Joel travels to Moscow to teach Russian carpenters how to finish a log mansion Pioneer-style. And it's sink or swim for Peter tackling local river rapids on his rickety handmade raft.

After Beat and Sam build a beautiful home in Alberta, the clients egg them on to a paint ball battle on their acreage. Meantime, Peter rebuilds a massive barn for an old friend, but first he gets to demolish it! And Joel is given a commission to build his wife a bed. If he doesn't get it right, he'll be on the couch for sure!

On a two-man build in Alberta, Joel and his right-hand man Shawn are challenged by broken logs and stubborn headers. Meantime, family and friends pitch in to help Beat recycle Bryan Sr.'s old garage into a new lakeside cabin, and Peter builds a Pioneer style baby gift for Nellie.

In upstate New York, Beat builds three grandiose gazebos for two brothers with neighbouring properties. Back home, Bryan Jr. asks his son Little Man to take charge of his first build ever. And Joel and Shawn scramble to create a grand prize for their son's hockey raffle — under the watchful eye of a tougher-than-nails coach.

Beat takes on his biggest build this season, a 15,000 square foot mansion with logs so massive they tax the crane and crew to the limits. In Oregon, Joel and Bryan Sr. fly high, setting up a gazebo for an air and automotive museum, while Peter and Nellie put the pedal to the rusty metal, in a local Crash to Pass car race.

As winter approaches, the rush to build two summer getaway homes is on. Peter leads his team in Alberta while Bryan Jr. and his guys head north to Alaska. Meantime, weekend warriors Beat and Joel build a daredevil mountain bike jump — but will they dare to ride it?

In Northern BC, a challenging modern log home has Beat and his crew risking life and limb. Meantime, Joel and Bryan Sr. take a chance on hiring an eccentric perfectionist to carve a life-size statue on a tight deadline. And Peter keeps a promise to help Martin build a house in his own unique "Peter-style."

In Kansas, tensions run high when Andre muscles in on Sam's big build. And back at the log yard, winter gales put a chill on Peter's enormous project for a Russian client. And Bryan Jr. hosts an ice-cutting party on frozen Lake Nimpo, complete with an ice bar and hot tub.

In the Prairies, Peter gets stuck in the mud, trying to make a client's dreams come true. Meantime, Beat helps Sam with his biggest build ever, but a reckless rookie crane op threatens to bring the whole project down. And Joel goes whole hog to build a pigpen for some very demanding clients — his kids.

Bryan Jr. makes a mark in the self-proclaimed log home capital of the world. Back at the yard, Andre tries to control Peter when his pent-up creativity goes in overdrive. And the rivalry of three young brothers is ratcheted up, when Beat engineers a log yard challenge.

In California, Joel is under the gun, with a job that's behind schedule before it even begins. Meanwhile, Beat marshals the troops to finish a mega project on the verge of shipping out. And Andre fulfills a dream when he gets recruited for a special mission with the Armed Forces.

Just hours from Manhattan, Beat creates a country retreat for a demanding French financier, while Joel's Australian client makes a last minute request for a three-car garage. In the meantime, Peter conspires to create an oversize surprise for Andre 50th birthday.

Joel pulls out all the stops, hoping his contract for four cabins in Michigan will land Pioneer an order for sixteen more. Meantime, Andre's simple kitchen reno turns into a bigger deal than expected. And Beat marks an anniversary for Peter with the ultimate prank gift — a redneck jungle gym.

In foggy Newfoundland, Peter builds a duck-hunting cabin and gets initiated into island culture. Meanwhile, Bryan Jr. renovates the patio at the local pub — wrangling oversized logs and the client's oversized personality. At the yard, Joel and Nellie feel the heat, as local firefighters teach them how to protect their multimillion-dollar log pile.

Season 2 begins with Bryan Sr. bringing an old crane dubbed the "rust bucket" out of retirement in order to finish a remote fishing cabin. Elsewhere, Beat juggles two huge projects; and Peter works in secret on something for the Calgary Stampede Parade.

André the GM and master salesman must go to Ontario and lead his first build in more than 10 years, Beat has to collaborate in carving a hairy friend, and Peter is willing to do whatever it takes to get a vacation out of Bryan Jr.

Beat sets logs in the pouring Arkansas rain for a client who orders renovations on the fly, a Catholic priest convinces Bryan Sr. and Peter to build a wedding gazebo for free, while André and Joel take a float plane to the island of Haida.

Beat's schedule is thrown by German customs and there's only one way to catch up, Bryan Sr. takes Peter to the wilderness and they harvest 200-foot trees, while Bryan Jr. wheels-and-deals free billboard space for his fishing lodge.

Joel builds an enormous house in the wilderness for a millionaire client he's never met, Bryan Sr. promises to make log furniture and Beat must deliver, while Peter plays the role of a lifetime, all in the name of workplace safety.

Peter goes to Scotland and discovers that his boss Bryan Sr. has followed, Beat and André face a client with buyer's remorse, while Joel agrees to build an elaborate doghouse and birdhouse, all for a slice of cake.

Joel assembles a millionaire's retreat on a private island in England, Beat gets an emotional assignment, and Peter cannot take a vacation until he completes an HQ remodel for The Chief's return.

Beat delivers a home in Utah to a frugal client who wants to do everything for himself, André and Joel build competing chicken coop mansions, while André covets a magazine cover story.

Bryan Jr. takes his son to Missouri and they manage to assemble a house despite themselves, Beat builds a Western-style saloon for a meatball millionaire and his racecar-driving girlfriend, while Peter and Joel make a smelly bet.

Beat's Arkansas house build is in trouble when delivery trucks arrive out of order, Bryan Jr. remodels a local bar for a penny-pinching friend, and Peter turns inventor to solve a work yard problem.

Joel wrecks an 18-wheeler during a winter build in Ontario, Beat and André sell a thousand year old tree to an eccentric Arkansas millionaire, and Peter pushes Bryan Jr. to the breaking point in a fight for new equipment.
