Actress Fay Ripley joins Rosie in south-west Wales, where the pair stay the night in a stay the night in a decommissioned airplane, join a local wild swimming community, feed crocodiles and hunt the ghost of a 400-year-old ape in a haunted castle. Fay also gets cold feet when she faces her childhood fear of horse riding. But this is all leading up to their ultimate task - coasteering around the cliffs of Pembrokeshire.
Rosie takes rapper Lady Leshurr to Northampton, where she has arranged for them to abseil down a 418ft tower. The only problem is, Leshurr is afraid of heights, so they prepare for the task by going up in a microlight, crashing an anti-gravity yoga class and driving at Silverstone. They also try a spot of traditional Scottish dancing in Corby and milk a goat. But will they dare face the terrifying tower?
Rosie takes Friday Night Dinner star Tom Rosenthal to the UK City of Culture 2025 - Bradford, West Yorkshire. As the city with one of the biggest up-and-coming rap scenes in the country, Rosie has organised for them to crash a gig and rap battle in front of an expectant crowd. Before that, Rosie needs to get to know Tom, so she's arranged for them to attempt to eat Yorkshire's biggest naan, drop in on a modified car club, cut hair at a barbers set up to support male mental health, race in accessible sailing boats, and learn a routine at the city's ice rink.
Guz Khan joins Rosie in Blackpool, where she has booked for them to go on a 15,000ft skydive. Before they take on this challenge, however, they enjoy the pleasures of the Lancashire seaside town, such as a waltzing competition at the iconic Blackpool Tower Ballroom, riding the the tallest rollercoaster in the country and having their fortunes read.
Comedian Rosie Jones returns for more travels around the UK, joined by celebrity friends in search of adventure, excitement and silliness. She starts out in Moray, northern Scotland, where she and TV presenter AJ Odudu set out to climb Cairn Gorm, one of the highest mountains in Britain. They also try out a series of local activities, such as clay pigeon shooting, rowing, pottery and whisky tasting.
Comedian Jenny Eclair joins Rosie for an outdoorsy adventure on Anglesey in Wales. They have a go at sheep herding, traverse the world's fastest zip wire and learn beach survival skills at sunset.
Rosie takes comedian and broadcaster Jamali Maddix to Norwich, where they learn to molly dance, go wine tasting, tour the epic cathedral, hammer some hot metal and join a wrestling tag team.
Comedian Joe Wilkinson joins Rosie for a traditional seaside outing in Whitby. They sample award-winning fish and chips, go crazy for golf, explore the Jurassic Coast and goth-up to take to the stage.
Rosie takes Scarlett Moffatt to explore the Lake District, where they re-enact a Viking battle at Kendal Castle, eat lunch cooked from the heat of a coal engine and bed down with a couple of stallions.
